As I sit here waiting for update 4 of 13 on my laptop, buoyed up by a new energy drink (review up shortly) I turn to my phone, tech addict that I am.
A topic I started months ago, but left as a forgotten draft was this one, on the recent (ish) report that fructose doesn’t trigger the human body’s satiety response. This made me think about HFCS, high fructose corn syrup, and the way that has been linked to some of the issues with fat kids and the huge glut of calories commonly available to everyone, every day in modern times.
However, a quick Google of my theory has found a leading expert who came to the same conclusion over a year ago.
So have a read, perhaps watch the video, & try to avoid large frequent doses of HFCS – mostly in fizzy drinks. Of course, not that diet drinks are really any better. Perhaps just drink the water?
